Courtney Chen
Courtney grew up as a competitive dancer winning scholarships in dance in LA, New York, and Texas. She was trained in jazz, tap, ballet, contemporary, and musical theater. After studying dance and musical theater at Boston Conservatory, she moved to Japan to perform in a stage show at Tokyo Disneyland. When Courtney moved back to LA she worked for Universal Studios shows like Grinchmas, Waterworld, Bill and Ted’s, and The Triwizard Tournament. Always being a dancer and mover, she found herself working with multiple directors doing creature movement and stunts and most recently worked on Avatar The Way of Water and Avatar 3. Courtney has taught dance for 10+ years, guest choreographed all over the nation, and taught many master classes! She is so excited to be a part of this community and teach your students!
